Let's talk people-first things. Join the club!

As a business we focus on the HR/people element of the business everyday. But when was the last time you reviewed your website?

Your website is the most powerful sales tool in the world.

Successful website design is not a one-time investment, rather it needs to be looked at as an iterative process. As marketers, you also need your website design to be based on sales and marketing strategies, tactics and data.

Last month we hosted the Melbourne HubSpot User Group in partnership with the General Assembly in Melbourne to talk about how marketers should look at website design - not as a one-time investment but as an ongoing data-driven iterative approach. We got some really great feedback on how growth-driven design just makes business sense.

People have started to think about website design very differently.

It doesn't have to be an overwhelming, never-ending exercise leaving you out of breath and gasping for air.

    Here's how it works:

Why you should consider growth-driven design for your business

The traditional web design process is broken and doesn't allow for the changing needs of your buyer. Marketing has moved away from traditional advertising and is now about creating informative content. The buyer wants to be educated by brands, not pitched to.

Website design needs to be data-driven which makes it an iterative process. Set up a launchpad website, gather data and then make improvements to boost your business. Repeat. Focus on creating impact.

Start looking at your website as an ongoing process and work with an agency who is willing to help use data to make decisions on design improvements. It'll work wonders for attracting more of the customers you want.

The businesses that are winning online are agile and constantly adapting to change. It's your turn to be amazing and stay ahead of the curve. Pick the new gold standard of web design.
