A custom error page is a great opportunity to turn a glitch into a positive experience for the user.
A 404 error page will show up when the page a user is trying to visit can't be found. This could happen because the URL has changed, the page no longer exists or the user typed in the wrong address.
A 500 error page is displayed when there's a problem loading the page from the server.
This week's HubSpot Tip video will show you how to create a custom error page and apply it as the default in HubSpot.
